Exclusive Disability Care provides ‘Assistance with Daily Personal Activities’ service to participants with a disability living alone in their own home, living with family or other people to make your life easy and comfortable when undertaking social, recreational, educational or employment activities or during holidays away from home with assistance and supervision of personal tasks of daily life.

We support and assist you to pursue a number of different goals, For example

• Personal hygiene; showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming,
• Toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care,
• Eating and drinking,
• Attending appointments,
• Use of aids and appliances, hearing, and communication devices,
• Mobility and transfers, such as moving in and out of bed and on or off the toilet,
• Applications of splints, basic first aid due to injuries,
• Basic housework and garden maintenance.
